About Nace Argentina

Nace Argentina — a local team in Buenos Aires

We turn relocation, birth and document procedures into a clear, manageable process with one coordinator and specialised professionals on the ground.

Who we are

Not a remote help desk — your local point of support

Nace Argentina supports families before arrival and in Argentina: we structure the roadmap, organise day-to-day needs, coordinate communication with healthcare providers and arrange the sequence of document procedures.

A local team sees the real context: we can verify what is happening, attend an appointment and adjust the organisational plan when a booking, address or service availability changes.

A remote consultation helps choose a direction. Local support helps you complete it in real life.
Team

The people who guide your family

Every family has one coordinator. The lawyer, interpreter and manager join at their stages.

Anastasia Zhuklova

Founder and lead coordinator

She has walked this path herself: giving birth in Buenos Aires, the baby's documents, residency and a DNI, and now a citizenship case in court challenging DNU 366/2025. Now she builds that path for you: at the first meeting she draws up your family's plan, picks the team for your case, keeps the deadlines and stays in touch from the first call to the baby's passport.

★★★★★
When we first arrived in Buenos Aires, we realised that even the simplest things are not so simple here, especially without Spanish. Where to buy things, how to book an appointment, who to turn to with an everyday question. We turned to the Nace Argentina team for all kinds of things. We really liked that we didn’t have to explain our situation at length every time. For us, the concierge turned out to be less about special services and more about ordinary comfort in an unfamiliar country.

I’m writing after our daughter was born. To be honest, until the very end I couldn’t believe we had really decided to give birth in Argentina. I was very worried about talking to the doctors, because my Spanish is zero. For me, Nace’s help was above all that I understood what to do next and who to turn to. I won’t say I wasn’t nervous at all, especially closer to the birth, but the organisational side definitely stopped being a headache of its own. Thank you for the support!

We compared the packages for a long time and in the end chose Premium. It was our first birth, and thousands of kilometres from home. We didn’t want to save on our own peace of mind. What we liked most was the attitude: there was no feeling that we were just the next clients to be served off a checklist. We could calmly discuss what worried us and clarify anything unclear. My husband said afterwards that what he valued most was how many organisational worries were taken off our family. With a newborn that matters especially.

We haven’t decided yet whether we will give birth in Argentina, but the consultation was useful. First of all we wanted to understand how realistic it is in our situation. We asked every question we had, including some rather awkward ones. We liked that we could calmly discuss different options without feeling rushed into a decision. Now at least we know where to start.

Our first month in Buenos Aires turned out to be much busier than we expected. We had prepared for the move in advance, but once here a lot of questions still came up. Neighbourhoods, shops, local customs, everyday things you never even think about at home. It’s good that we asked for help. We didn’t have to spend every morning searching for information in chats. Of course you still have to get used to a new country, but with support the process is much calmer.

We were choosing between the Basic package and Comfort, and in the end we went with the first. We already had some experience travelling to Argentina, so we could organise many things ourselves. At the same time we didn’t want to be left with no support at all — giving birth is not an ordinary trip. This format turned out to be a sensible compromise for us. If we had come without knowing the country or the language, we might have chosen a package with broader support. But in our case the Basic option was enough.

What we do not promise

Honest limits are part of a quality service

  • The relevant public authority makes the final decision.
  • Processing times, appointments and document delivery may change.
  • Court work and legal representation are carried out by an independent lawyer.
  • No responsible provider can guarantee a government or court outcome.
  • The appropriate route depends on a review of the family’s documents and circumstances.
