How the contract works

• The package price and scope of work are fixed in the contract before work starts.
• The clinic, doctor, government fees, sworn translations and rent are paid directly — separately from our fee.
• The result of each stage is an agreed document, a prepared step or an organised appointment — not a decision by a doctor or a government office.
• We do not guarantee government decisions or medical outcomes, and we do not promise them in advertising.
• Medical decisions are made by a licensed doctor, legal acts by a licensed lawyer.

Payment stages

Three stages: 50% on signing, 25% before the birth (on arrival in Argentina), 25% after the birth (before the baby’s documents are filed). We issue a factura C for every payment. The clinic, doctors and housing are paid to them directly.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel the contract as long as the support has not started, and your payment is refunded. Support starts with the first doctor or clinic booking, a housing booking, work on documents or meeting you on arrival; we notify you of each such step. Once support has started, paid stages are not refunded and later stages are not due.

Governing law and disputes

The contract is governed by Argentine law and written in Russian and Spanish. Disputes are first settled by negotiation, then in the courts of Buenos Aires, without limiting your consumer rights.
