The Nace Argentina mobile app
The assistant in the app (due date, citizenship, completed steps, photos of documents) keeps this information on your phone only; it is not sent to us. For notifications the app sends our server a technical device token, the language and app version, without your name or contact details. Deleting the app removes this data.
Client account
The client account is available only to clients we work with, through a one-time code from your manager. It holds what we need to support you: case stage, plan and appointments, document list and files, payments, a questionnaire (parents’ full names and dates of birth, travel dates, address, information relevant to the doctor) and messages with your manager. The data is stored on our server, files are not available through public links, and only you (from a device signed in with the code) and the Nace Argentina staff handling your case can access it. We use it only to provide our services and do not share it with third parties, except where needed to carry out a service on your instructions (for example, with a clinic or a government office) or where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data free of charge. Email info@naceargentina.com or tap “Delete my data” in the client account in the app. We reply within the legal time limits: 10 days for access requests and 5 business days for correction or deletion. Data we must keep by law (for example, accounting records) is kept for the required period. The supervisory authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), where you can file a complaint.
Medical records
Do not send medical records or identity documents through open forms or social media. Use the client account in the app or another channel agreed with your manager.
