How it works

Five stages from the first call to the documents

  1. 01

    Before departure

Consultations, a shortlist of doctors and clinics, checking home documents: apostilles, certificates, name spelling.

  2. 02

    Arrival at 28–32 weeks

Airport pick-up and housing near the clinic (Comfort and Premium), in-person interviews with doctors in the first days, choosing the doctor and clinic, the contract.

  3. 03

    The birth

An interpreter at the birth; in Premium a doula and a personal coordinator by your side, a driver on schedule.

  4. 04

    1–6 weeks after the birth

Birth registration, the baby’s DNI and Argentine passport, apostille of the birth record.

  5. 05

    Parents’ documents

RaDEX application, a precaria while it is reviewed, then a foreigner’s DNI (Comfort and Premium; an add-on for Basic).

Let’s start with your situation

Birth support — Comfort

In the first conversation, we clarify your goal, pregnancy stage, family situation and documents. You leave with a clear next step.

Before work starts

A clear scope without hidden promises

01

Define the task

The proposal states what the team does, which information is required and what remains with the family.

02

Separate costs

Fees, government charges, translations, hospitals and other third parties are identified separately.

03

Agree the outcome

The outcome is an agreed document, prepared stage or coordination — not a medical or government decision.

Frequently asked questions about our services

Does the package include the clinic and doctor?
No. The clinic and doctor are paid directly under the clinic’s contract. An uncomplicated vaginal birth in a private Buenos Aires clinic is about USD 3,000–6,000.
When is the best time to arrive?
Usually at 28–32 weeks, leaving time to meet doctors in person, choose the doctor and clinic and sign the contract. Many airlines ask for a doctor’s letter after week 28.
How long does the whole trip take?
Usually 2–3 months: the baby’s documents — birth registration, DNI and passport — take 3–6 weeks after the birth.
Will the baby get Argentine citizenship?
Yes. A child born in Argentina is a citizen by birth; we handle the birth record, DNI and passport.
What about the parents’ documents?
Parents receive temporary family-reunification residence for up to three years. Filing is included in Comfort and Premium; for Basic it is a USD 450 add-on.
How is Premium different from Comfort?
Premium adds a personal coordinator in touch every day, a driver, a doula and daily support after the birth, and help with the bank, paediatrician and household.
Can we request just one service?
Yes. Start with a consultation or bring the team in for one document, medical-coordination or practical stage.
When will we know the fee?
After a short review of your family, dates, documents and the required scope of work.
What is not automatically included?
Government charges, translations, hospitals and independent professionals are included only when the proposal says so.
Can you guarantee a DNI, citizenship or medical outcome?
No. Competent authorities and clinicians decide; support organises the process and reduces operational errors.
