Giving birth in Argentina on your own or with support

Many families manage on their own — and that is fine. Below, step by step: what you will do without us, where people most often lose time and money, and what Premium takes on. At the end, a short quiz suggests which package you actually need. Sometimes it is not Premium at all.

Step by step

What you do yourself and what we do

In any case the clinic and doctor are paid directly under the clinic’s contract — no one can “include” them.

StageOn your ownCommon mistakesWith Premium
01Clinic and doctor more → Calling clinics in Spanish, comparing contracts, finding a doctor who delivers at the right clinic. The base price hides neonatology, caesarean and doctor’s fees — the bill ends up higher. We shortlist doctors and clinics for your pregnancy in advance, go with you to the doctor interviews in your first days after arrival and request written quotes.
02Documents before departure more → Apostilles on certificates, criminal record checks, consistent name spelling in every document. A forgotten apostille takes months from Argentina and needs a power of attorney. We check every document before you buy tickets and give you a list for your country.
03Housing more → Searching online, dealing with an agent, the contract, deposit and commission. Expensas and a 10% commission on the whole term surface only at signing. We find an apartment near the clinic and check the contract and all payments before move-in.
04Arrival and first days more → Taxi from Ezeiza, local SIM, exchanging money, groceries, pharmacy. Without a working card and cash, the first days go on finding money. We meet you at the airport, a driver on schedule, help with phone, money and daily life.
05Doctor’s appointments more → Spanish, or an interpreter paid by the hour for each visit and test. Half the consultation is lost if you do not understand the instructions. Interpreter and coordinator at appointments; we write everything down and send it to you.
06The birth more → A taxi at night, talking to staff in Spanish, decisions under stress. Without an interpreter it is hard to understand what is happening and what you are asked. A driver on schedule, an interpreter at the birth, a doula and a personal coordinator by your side.
07Birth registration more → Registro Civil, a sworn translator, checking every letter on the partida. A mistake in the name or surname then needs a separate correction procedure. We prepare the data in advance, check the spelling before signing and handle the registration.
08Baby’s DNI and passport more → RENAPER appointment, documents, tracking status. A missed step delays the passport and your flight home by weeks. We book, accompany you and track deadlines until the passport is issued.
09Parents’ residency and DNI more → RaDEX application, documents, precaria, watching the tourist stay deadline. If the stay expires before filing, you face a fine and extra questions. We file, obtain the precaria and follow through to the foreigner DNI.
10Baby’s documents from your country more → Consulate, translation and apostille of the certificate, booking citizenship and passport. Consulate slots can be weeks ahead. Included as a gift: citizenship and passport of the parents’ country (normally USD 290).
11First weeks with the baby more → Paediatrician, bank, pharmacy, deliveries — all in Spanish while the mother recovers. The hardest weeks pass without help nearby. A doula and daily support, help with the bank, paediatrician and household.

FAQ

Choosing a package

Can I give birth in Argentina without an agency?

Yes. The law does not require one, and many families do everything themselves. Support saves time, language effort and stress, but it is not mandatory.

Is the clinic included in the Premium price?

No. The clinic and doctor are paid directly under the clinic’s contract — more transparent and cheaper for you.

Can I start with Basic and add services later?

Yes. Individual services — parents’ residency, interpreter, housing — can be added at any time at list prices.

What if I am not sure?

Message us on WhatsApp: in 15 minutes we will review your situation and tell you honestly whether you need a package.

Let’s start with your situation

Get your personal roadmap

In the first conversation, we clarify your goal, pregnancy stage, family situation and documents. You leave with a clear next step.

Before work starts

A clear scope without hidden promises

01

Define the task

The proposal states what the team does, which information is required and what remains with the family.

02

Separate costs

Fees, government charges, translations, hospitals and other third parties are identified separately.

03

Agree the outcome

The outcome is an agreed document, prepared stage or coordination — not a medical or government decision.

Frequently asked questions about our services

Can we request just one service?
Yes. Start with a consultation or bring the team in for one document, medical-coordination or practical stage.
When will we know the fee?
After a short review of your family, dates, documents and the required scope of work.
What is not automatically included?
Government charges, translations, hospitals and independent professionals are included only when the proposal says so.
Can you guarantee a DNI, citizenship or medical outcome?
No. Competent authorities and clinicians decide; support organises the process and reduces operational errors.
